- For more updated version of the Ultra 35mm we have upgraded 3mm hex or T20 Torx head that we are now custom cutting the screws to maximize the purchase the threads have in the C- clamps. We’ve never had a problem in the past, we just feel it’s a better idea in moving forward to have as many threads to occupy the clamp to ensure more contact. We have color coded the screws to give an example below.

Determine desired BarYak placement
- If mounting to drop bars, you may need to unwrap the top section of handlebar tape for desired clamping width.
Using supplied screws, secure C-clamp (bottom) around the handlebar to BarYak rails
Important: BarYak must be mounted directly to handlebars. DO NOT use tape.
Using a 3mm hex wrench, evenly tighten the bolts
- Torque Specifications: 5.7Nm (4.2 foot-pounds)
Lock-on Bar ends - tighten these bolts to a torque 4.7N-m

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MOUNT BARYAK DIRECTLY TO HANDLEBARS (do not use tape)
